The Public Interest Disclosure Act and Energy Safe

The Public Interest Disclosures Act 2012 facilitates the making of disclosures of improper conduct and detrimental action by public officers and public bodies. People who make such disclosures are commonly referred to as 'whistleblowers'.

Energy Safe has established procedures as required by the Public Interest Disclosures Act 2012.
