Overview
In August 2021 we delivered a baseline stakeholder research report, measuring stakeholder and regulated entity satisfaction with Energy Safe Victoria’s regulatory performance.
Going forward, we will undertake annual surveys with stakeholders to improve our services and gain insights into sector specific issues.
In 2022 we will include community to understand their attitudes towards Energy Safe and perceptions of our performance.
